When Do We Start Worrying About a Quinn Extension?

With free agency being a hectic time for both GMs and agents, I can see why Guerin and Brisson have delayed discussions till their more urgent needs are sorted. And Guerin also probably doesn't want to pressure the situation when all parties have been celebrating over the holiday weekend. But, when do you feel like having Quinn not re-signed starts to feel concerning?

Still think it gets done as most insiders have gone on record like it's a sure thing. And Elliott Friedman reiterated today that he still believes he'll extend at 3x18m. Would have been nice if it was already hammered out though.
