Garage part damaged within 2 weeks of use.

Hi,

I recently had the lower control arm replaced on my Tesla, roughly 2 weeks ago. This was with a garage and not Tesla.

I took a look today and I can see the ball joint rubber itself looks damaged and it’s now slowly leaking grease.

Any idea if I have any standing with this? As I wish to take it back to them to fix but I would like to know where I stand legally.
