Does re-visiting abandoned camp sites make anyone else feel melancholic?
I've noticed this for all of them, but specifically Horseshoe Overlook and Clemens Point. I think it's both because these camps were probably the happiest time for the gang (that we got to see), but also because they look so awkwardly flat, empty and deserted when your camp isn't there. You can even see remnants of the gang's time there, like the tree stump they use to chop firewood.
It's melancholic enough to revisit these camps as Arthur, but doing it with John, hearing the disembodied voices of your (fallen) comrades in the background... it's heartbreaking.
