Moving from San Diego to the East

I’m getting ready to leave San Diego after spending a lot of years there and I’m looking at joining the Army National Guard in either New Jersey, Delaware, or Maryland. Civilian career matters too, but I’m mainly trying to figure out which state has the better Guard opportunities, like promotions, deployments, and things like. Also a plus if your area has a decent latina population 😅 I’m 26 y.o make, no dependents and just recently finished my bachelors at UCSD.

For those of you who’ve served in any of those states, what has your experience been like so far?
