The 3 Pacha balconies are permanently VIP now?

I was really hype at Michael Bibi that it seemed they opted to keep the 3 balconies above the GA dancefloor GA-accessible. It gave the GA experience some sense of dimension in that you had some extra areas to go, catch a break from the crowd while still feeling immersed in the production. It also felt like a nice answer to the lack of back GA mezzanine mirage used to have.

Planet pride they we're for "gold VIP" which i just assumed was the organizers decision / cash grab. But then I went again for Vintage Culture and it was VIP again it seems.

A real bummer if this is the norm moving forward. Without the Structure, there's really just no where to go in GA. No side-quest energy.
