Turned my phone off to charge and now speakers sound Muffled and crackle.

When I rebooted my phone and put on a YT video the sound is now muffled and keeps crackling, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary.

The speaker(s) were working just fine before I shut it down to charge but now it's pretty bad.

Any suggestions? Is this an update issue?
