I miss it. The feeling of knowing there's somebody out there smiling when they hear from me. I'm a good dude I think; artistic, kind, a good listener. I want to hear what's going on with you. All of it. The victories and defeats.

You know the story by now. As a marriage drags down you've seen parts of each other that makes vulnerability hard to justify. You play house for the kid. That's where I'm at. And I miss the affection.

Stats for those who got this far. 5'10", blue eyes, sometimes a red beard but head usually shaved, strong "dad" type build as a 5x weekly gym goer. Hobbies and interests include playing my guitar, nerd stuff like D&D and comics, occasionally dropping into political discourse to try to protect people being institutionally harmed and marginalized.
