Afraid of the possibility of consciousness returning after universe heat death.

I anxieously think of the possibility of random entropic shifts in space time after heat death would cause my consciousness to spontaneously return endlessly forever and cause constant suffering after death. It is very frightening to me, and my biggest fear of the possibility of what death would entail.
