Boiler in bedroom

Thinking of replacing my current boiler a potterton promax he store for a combi.

I would also like to make the bedroom bigger by knocking down the wall if a go ahead and do this. This leads onto the question of is it safe/allowed to have a boiler in a bedroom? It will likely be put in a cupboard like how some have it in their kitchens.
