Medication Question/Advice

I’m 37 Male, 5”9’ and 173 lbs. Daily, I take 20 mg Citalopram, 88 mcg of Levothyroxine, 1.75 mg of Lorazepam, and 7.5 mg Mirtazapine (sleep).

I was on 10 mg of Citalopram for 30 days, now on 20 mg for the past 7 days.

I started taking 2 mg of Lorazepam daily (1 mg morning and 1 mg evening) for the same amount of time as the citalopram (roughly 37 days now).

Recently I dropped my morning dose of lorazepam to .75 mg (10 days ago). I will taper my evening beginning tonight to .75 mg. And hopefully will be completely finished by August 1st.

I just got my prescription for 10 mg Propranolol today. I haven’t taken it yet, because my BP and HR are calm at the moment, and I don’t want to bottom out (never taken it before, don’t know how I’ll react and I have no one that could get me medical if I pass out).

The question I have is this: I don’t like the lorazepam. I have no desire to take the lorazepam. I don’t want to be on it anymore. At roughly 37 days of regular use, how fast can I safely come off of it, without risk of a seizure and death? And while my body has probably build up a dependency, is under 2 months still an acceptable timeframe (for a medication bridge purpose)?
