Does anyone know of a company that installs wine room ACs?

My parents wine room air conditioner went out and so far several companies have come out and looked at it, but none are able to replace the low temperature ac units, so i figured I would ask on here and see if maybe someone works for a company that does replace them, or knows someone who does. Thanks
