Scammed for v bucks. Trying to get sprites

I was at work and my son watched some video that said he could get the sprites from a block pvp map. He spent all his v bucks and got nothing. Just wondering if there is some kind of recourse or if. I can report this stuff ? I mean it’s only 30$ but whoever did it broke this kids heart.
