Be a responsible baker pls!

Kumain kami sa isang cafe here sa cavite and my son ate a teaspoon full of baking soda like a chunk of it inside the cookie. He vomitted in the cafe and I complained, yet sabi lang ng owner is okay lang daw yun?

Now my son will be rushed sa hospital kasi sumama ang tyan. Seems like the baking soda is not mixed well sa cookie. Kailan pa naging okay na kumaen ng baking soda na ganun kadami? Even barista nyo nasuka nung tnry niya. Lasang tawas nga daw e. And he's 5 yrs old tapos ok lang??
