first day in the college on 9th what do i do to not look like a nerd

i have absolutely no idea how any of this is suppoed to work. i paid fees for the bus so do i have to take the bus on the first day or do i come w my parents for the document submission thingy?

secondly what should i bring and pack for the induction day. do i have to stay in the college for the whole day or is it gonna be a half day bcs of the student induction???
