Did they remove the ability to scroll zoom in B42?

I reinstalled after a while of not playing and I remember using the scroll wheel to zoom in and out. However it seems that's not enabled. Figuring my settings were just messed up I went to change them but there didn't seem to be an option to fix this? Am I crazy?
