this kalista build is very strong right now
core build: shiv -> guinsoos -> terminus I know this is common knowledge, but it's very strong and I think people are underestimating kalista right now. I try not to do guinsoos first because it feels really bad and shiv is a huge power spike. I am always taking gluttonous greaves because this build does not have any lifesteal (you need lifesteal and this build makes it come from boots and runes, you shouldn't sacrifice 10% lifesteal for 25% attack speed its not worth it)
4th item will be jak'sho into randuins if against AD crit (jak'sho into frozen heart against AD on-hit), or two negatron cloaks and finish jak'sho -> wits end against AP. GA is a decent 6th but 6th item is very situational (for example you could build QSS after terminus and finish it as your 6th)
If you take lethal tempo -> triumph -> bloodline -> last stand and then bone plating -> unflinching for runes, you can get about 80-90 bonus armor and MR in the middle of a fight by the time you finish terminus because any form of cc (including slows) will activate your bonus defenses and just make you extremely tanky. I found that I start fights with like 130 MR for example and then at the end of a fight I have 220 MR just from runes and terminus/jak'sho activating.
You should prioritize CS in lane and try fighting after shiv, because its such a huge power spike. Even if you go 0/0/0 but you have 100 cs in 10 min, you're doing well, because I think with recent changes, kalista is now a midgame to endgame dominant champion rather than early. Her buff on patch 26.7 targeted rend scaling so once you have shiv/guinsoos and a maxed out rend, you're pretty much in the mid game where you can benefit the most from her power. There is so much synergy in this build as well that I haven't gone over here is my opgg:
