PSA: If Your Etsy Photos Look Blown Out, Check Your Exposure Settings

I finally figured out why my mineral photos kept looking washed out. Purples were blowing out, everything looked way too bright, and I couldn’t understand why my listings weren’t converting. Turns out my camera’s exposure was cranked way too high the whole time. I was determined to make a sale, started digging through my settings, and boom — the second I lowered the exposure, the colors looked accurate again and the photos stopped getting blasted with light.

Wild that I didn’t notice it sooner, but at least the mystery is solved.
