problems with toolscreen

i have had this problem previously and my fix was to make my thin hotkey hold only. now that i have unlocked BT it just makes life easier if i can have this as a toggleable key. to give you some context, my keybind for thin on toolscreen is CAPS LOCK. my keybind for f3 is ctrl (i used autohotkey). to open pie chart, i have autohotkey send shift+f3 when i click ctrl + q. for whatever reason, and very inconsistently, these keybinds get mixed up. in the recording above, all i was doing was pressing down ctrl + q which should only open pie chart. BUT, as we can see it also sends a thin input for toolscreen when it should not. this also happens for when i click ctrl to open f3. sometimes this happens, sometimes it does not, but most of the time this issue exists for me. any idea what is causing this?
