Double Helix with Healing Lobes?

Could I get a double helix with 4-month-old 2nd Lobes that are still healing?

I thought my 2nd lobes were healed and unfortunately changed the jewelry too early, causing one of them to bleed. I put the flatbacks back in and don't plan on taking them out until Christmas.

I already scheduled a piercing appointment for this week and was wondering if it would be fine to get the double helix? Or if 4 healing piercings at once is too much I could either cancel my appointment or just get a single helix for now?
