2020 GX 460 transfer case seal replaced — walk away or not a big deal?

Purchasing Advice

Looking at a 2020 GX 460 with ~60k miles. Spoke to the Lexus dealership where it was originally serviced (car is being sold at a different dealer nearby). They pulled the records and noted that a few months ago they removed the transfer case assembly and installed a new input shaft seal.

I know this is a known issue on the 2018-2022 GX platform. Otherwise the car is clean — no accidents, full service history, previously L/Certified by Lexus. Planning to have a Lexus tech do a PPI regardless.

Is this a reason to walk away or is it actually a positive that it’s already been properly repaired? Anyone had it recur after a proper fix?
