Gaming pc 2000-2500€ budget

I personally have no idea about pc building and need help putting together a list. Im looking for a gaming PC at a 2000-2500€ (germany) budget. My biggest expectation from it would be being able to run Witcher 4 when it comes out. Thank you in advance!
