LinkedIn posts about layoff-helpful?

Do you think LinkedIn posts saying “I got laid off” “hi folks I’ve been looking for a job for 5 months with no luck”
“This has been a life changing experience about how my identity was wrapped in work “ “job search is humbling”
“I was laid off on maternity when I needed the most support”

Are such post helpful or harmful ? Personally I always like these posts and empathize and have created a couple of my own -but could recruiters or other professionals also see it as… non professional or sob story-ish?
