Lomotil or Imodium?

Title. Which one works best for you? Imodium stops my diarrhea better but I think it gives me more pain. I feel like my body’s baseline is a loose stool and if I get too solid (aka normal) then my body kinda revolts and gets extra crampy. Thoughts?
