Unity and Syndicate not working on PC

So I have a very weird issue, I have all the AC's on PC through Ubisoft Connect and Unity and Syndicate outright refuse to launch, Click play, Shows the splash screen and then exits... I've tried verifying install and a myriad of other things, Zero... but Origins, Mirage, Valhalla, Shadows and Odyssey all launch and run perfectly fine, Zero issues.

PC specs are way way above any requirement for these 2 games, I've done google searches, Watched way too many useless YouTube videos, Nothing.

Anyone have experience with these 2 ?
