Baby - Toddler Stroller/Car Seat [ab]

Hey all! Expecting our first, can anyone recommend a Canadian stroller that goes from newborn/baby to toddler that can accommodate a car seat occasionally?

I feel like I'm asking for the moon with what a stroller costs nowadays. I don't need anything fancy, as long as it folds up nice/small/easy and can handle Canadian weather (within reason). Maybe a cup holder lol. I'm not going to be able to convince my husband to spend $700+ unless it includes a car seat, and will last us a good 2-3 years (or through a 2nd kid).

From an expecting momma getting anxiety looking at all the options on the market right now and has no idea what she's doing.
