Eating better

Questions/Advice

As I have gotten older I notice food has become my nemesis. When I was younger I drank alot and weight wise I'm sure I got away with unhealthy eating because I was young. I no longer drink - maybe a beer or two a month. However, I have fallen into the trap of eating a lot more chocolate etc at home. My overall eating has probably been ok overall, but I've eaten pretty poorly during the world cup!

Ok, I'm getting to the point I promise. How do my fellow ADHDers get into or back into good eating habits? I'll be honest I don't know if I can make the changes needed if I keep eating chocolate. I feel like I need to fully commit and go all in - diet, gym etc, but I don't want to become a boring gymbro and talk about macros lol

For any of you that have moved to a healthier lifestyle how did you get over leaving behind booze, fast food or anything else that was a weakness for you?

Thanks!
