Ethics Hotline

So, quick rundown. I was recently promoted to a TL position, and since then my ETL has made the job extremely difficult. Several of my own TMs have commented on how I’ve been treated, and a few have even asked me if they should call the Ethics Hotline themselves because of what they’ve witnessed.
I’ve been debating whether to contact the Ethics Hotline, but I’ve heard mixed things about whether it actually helps. Is it worth calling? One thing that makes me hesitant is that my HR ETL and SD are both very close with my ETL, so I’m worried my concerns won’t be taken seriously or that there could be retaliation.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Did the Ethics Hotline actually help, or would you recommend another route?
