Shortness of breath

I just had my 3rd PICL as of last week and have made great progress over the course of the last 10ish months. 1 symptom that has been pretty consistent the last month or so is shallow breathing/shortness of breath causing light headedness/fatigue/dizziness. I’m curious if this is a vagus nerve issue or I remember you mentioning while back something about the phernic nerve as my right SCM is very tight/tender and it was Injected on my PICL
