Kushal hasn’t changed, the audience has.

Kushal has always been like this. The difference is that people are far more woke now than they were 12–13 years ago.

I was actually excited to see him on a reality show again because Gauahar and Kushal were my favourites back then but looking back, he said and did some pretty absurd stuff in Bigg Boss too, especially towards Tanisha (age and fat shaming) and Vivek(homophobic remarks) and most of it was never really called out by the audience.

I’m glad he’s finally being called out. Misogyny and vile behaviour shouldn’t be normalised, and I’m glad our generation is far more woke to it than before.
