Would it be bad to leave next to 21st st co-op? / Help me decide what to choose

I’m a junior transfer considering a place next to the 21st st co-op bc it’s a close walk to where my classes will be. I heard it can get pretty loud, but does anyone have any personal experience with this?

How often would this possibly be an issue and would it be loud enough to annoy me one building over? I’m guessing the answer is yes, unfortunately 😔.

Also side note: has anyone taken a longer walk in return for a nicer place and regretted it? I’m looking at a place that is a 19 min walk to my classes and nicer than some of my 12 min options… I don’t think 7 mins is much of a difference but not sure how this feels day to day
