Hello Mods, as some of you might noticed that there is a downward spiral going on with the Podium DD Flagship Base right now...at least of whats obvious through the ratings and what the owners of the Base including me feel, post (Fanatec Forum) and think about it.

The fact that the FFB still feels numb compared to the CS DD+ for example has been ignored since many many weeks and therefore it doesnt surprise that most of the Podium owners are furious about being treated like that and "no further investigations" are being made.

I bought the Base from Fanatec well knowing there were some problems in the past, but still wanted to support a german brand and invest my money to help them and do my part of getting them back in the game stronger. Maybe you could call this silly, but thats how it is. Therefore it feels like a let down from Fanatecs side how all this gets handled

So my simple questions are...

What are Fanatecs expectations to us owners of the Podium DD?

And what are the expectations for us to get this fixed and get the Podium DD it should have been since the release of it?

Thank you for reading.
