If other party accepted fault, do I let their insurance fix my car instead of my own claim?

Hi, I submitted a same day claim through my insurance regarding the accident. I have wawanesa and they have Mercury.

Today their insurance called me and said that their insured admitted fault, and that they can fix my car if I choose.

Should I just go ahead and let them fix my car, and inform my insurance company that I'll go through Mercury?

Are there any pros / cons going this route?

I'm new to all this so I just want to make sure it's pretty standard, and I'm not giving anything up.
