I feel guilty being pregnant

Need Advice

So currently I’m 23 weeks pregnant. I have informed my job when I was 12 weeks pregnant. I gave them a doctors note saying that I was and then when I was 21 weeks, I inform them that my OB had accommodations for my work. I work as a DSP and I have clients that I help take care of. for the past year I’ve only really had one client and she was full and physical so me working with her was no longer an option. I gave them my note. Wednesday and they said that they’re unable to find me a permanent spot or anybody else to work with so they’re trying to put me down as a week by week basic but communication hasn’t been great my entire pregnancy and also I’ve informed them plenty of times that I cannot go along without working because I do not want to lose my benefits and also I I need the income. But since I gave them my note, the communication has been worse and I’m not really getting any work stressing and crying and don’t really know what to do. I feel bad being pregnant. I honestly feel guilty and I know I shouldn’t. But I feel it shouldn’t be this hard. Right now I’ve emailed HR them. What would I have to do to be put on early medical leave or disability? I have also messaged my OB seeing if maybe she can give me a paper helping me out. I’m really lost and don’t know what to do and asking for advice.
