Good morning, afternoon, or evening (depending on when you're reading this). First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this. I know it's quite long and might be tedious. Also, my English isn't very good, so please excuse any mistakes.

I bought this Lenovo LOQ 15AHP10 on July 1st (6 days ago as of this post; by the way, it's the version with a Ryzen 7 250 and an RTX 5060). Although it's a pretty good machine, it's had some issues, and I've tried almost everything without success.

My problem is that when I switch between hybrid mode (OFF, ON, or even AUTO), the PC loses control of the screen brightness. The slider works, but the brightness doesn't physically change; it doesn't automatically return to 100%. It's as if it were working normally. The FN + F5 and F6 shortcuts don't work either. I have to restart the computer to regain control over the screen brightness, and this is really annoying because I use it a lot without the charger plugged in, especially during university classes.

Today it started doing something new: it takes a very long time to go into sleep mode, almost a minute. When I turn it back on, it automatically boots up without me entering my password, and it boots up quickly, as if only the screen had turned off and it hadn't gone into sleep mode at all.

I've also noticed that when using the integrated graphics (iGPU) (AMD Radeon 780M), in addition to the brightness issue, the computer's audio (its own speakers) is poor; the audio cuts out, and the video often becomes desynchronized with the audio. I thought it was because I'm so close to my home router, but that's not the case. It also happens at university when I'm not near a router, but the audio and brightness problems don't occur when using the dedicated graphics (DGPU) (RTX 5060). It only happens when I have it in hybrid mode to use the iGPU and thus extend battery life.

I've tried many things: reinstalling drivers, updating them, updating the BIOS, using DDU to delete the AMD driver I installed the "generic" one from their official website since I didn't know there was a "special" OEM driver (so to speak) for this model, and reinstalling the OEM driver. That worked for a few minutes. I put it in sleep mode, it worked normally, shutting down almost instantly, and hybrid mode was no longer a problem with the screen brightness. It's still under warranty, and I don't know whether to take it in for repair or exchange it for another one.

I wanted to come here to Reddit to see if I could get some help since I know it's better to look for help in forums in these cases. From what I've seen, many people said that removing the antivirus worked. In my case, it came with McAfee, I uninstalled it and only left Windows Defender, but nothing works. I don't know what else to do. I hope you guys can help me.

And well, this isn't related, but this is my first post on Reddit XD... Thank you so much in advance for your help, and sorry for the long post. I'll be keeping an eye on your messages, and seriously, thank you.

I need help please :(
