Incoming M1s - how are you figuring out living expenses?

I'm having a hard time dealing with money for two reasons: I'm an out of state student, and total COA is gonna be like $105k a year, and I'm in my thirties, I'm having a hard time decreasing my budget, even being freshly single.

Any tips or hot takes?

$3k a month is cutting things really thin, and I don't know what to do...
