Ghosted by services for being victim of FDV?

Has anyone else had this experience?

If I mention family violence (non physical- psychological and emotional) they stop engaging. Literally I suddenly get ghosted - texts unanswered, requests for appointment unanswered

I’d understand if they recommended switch to phone service, not visits… this is ghosting. It feels like victim blaming/ abandonment and it’s painful.
