T19W40 help?

Hey all, I'm trying to unlock assist mods and banging my head against the wall. I searched for this but I feel like they've changed some stuff (like being able to turn off IS to activate DM) since those posts were up.

I'm not sure if I messed up somewhere but it plays out like this every time at this point, using IS, WA, WS, DM, SW etc.. Just before I go from wave 1 to 10 the wall blows up and SW hits, then I get to wave 20-24 with IS + WA + WS (almost always wave 20 though) and die before I can get to pop DM (I would be able to use DM at wave 25).

I haven't gotten to the point of being able to activate DM in forever, if I had I think I'd be at least able to hit wave 30.

I'm running Ancestral Pcol+SF+Gcomp+AD for my modules, 16 card slots focused on eHP. I think my flame bot is not great (35%/38s/74x dmg/64m).
