I'm in Ireland so would prefer EU purchases (including UK) but would consider anything if price is good

Prefer vintage to modern

By high end I mean either something that's very valuable regardless of grade i.e. 1st/shadowless/rare promo or unlimited psa 9/10 etc. Would prefer first editions for base/jungle,fossil neos etc
