Are the monthly deeds easy to do? I want to get 40 points each month and save up for a pulse.

Can someone teach me how to do the monthly deeds? Are these solo able? I set the objective via RoE, but I haven't been able to make progress on them. I want to do it before the reset. I'm a decently geared whm so I hope I can do it. Or is it out of my reach? Thank you.
