Tiktok account locked!! PLEASE HELP

I'm going to keep this really brief, but...

October of last year I was scrolling on tiktok when all of a sudden it logged me out and I tried to log back in and it told me my account was locked. I never understood why it did that. I've reached out to the support team, made multiple tickets, and even messaged them on Twitter. The problem hasn't been resolved. It's not a big tiktok account with a huge following. I just have sentimental videos in my drafts that I wanted.
