No letdown while sick?

My baby got hand foot and mouth on Saturday. I think I've now caught it as I have sore throat, chills and body aches. Starting this afternoon, I can not trigger a letdown. I tried pumping for over 20min and could not get one, when it usually takes me ~2min. I just tried nursing and nothing either. He got pissed and pulled off. I do have milk, my boobs feel full. How do I fix this? I don't want matsis on top of this
