How to add fun cursor effects?

hii!! i noticed my friend was able to get sparkles that follow her mouse around and I wanted to see if anyone could help me! important note: most tabs i have open are under my school profile which does not allow me to download things off of the chrome extension.

also open to any suggestions to add anything cute/kawaii/fun to my mac!
