Day 30 and not experiencing any benefits.

Today marks day 30 of SR for me. I quit porn 4 or 5 months ago, don't even really remember how long it's been. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week for the past 2+ months and do intense resistance training. Eating clean is normal for me, I eat almost entirely single ingredient whole foods, nothing processed, no sugar, no seed oils, etc, and have been eating that way for years. Haven't had alcohol since February. Have never done any drugs. Haven't played video games in several months. I've been going to bed early (10 or 11pm), waking up early (5am usually). I fast from 8pm until 1pm at the earliest. I've been meditating. I've been doing breath work. I've been going for walks. I've been going for hikes. I've been going kayaking. I've been reading scripture daily. I pray throughout the day. I've been growing spiritually. I go outside in the morning to get sunlight and walk barefoot in the grass. I read books. I write daily affirmations. I've been sticking to routine. I've been applying discipline everywhere possible. Keeping regimented with personal hygiene. Keeping things clean around the house. Washing dishes as soon as I'm done with them. Putting things away as soon as I'm done with them. And so on.

To anyone looking from the outside, it would appear as though my life has been completely transformed. But, on the inside, mentally and emotionally, I still feel down. I'm not experiencing any of the stated mental or emotional benefits of SR, or even what might be expected from having one's life in order. I keep pushing ahead hoping for something to click, hoping for a spark to ignite. But, I'm worried that I won't be able to keep it going if something doesn't change internally soon. I don't understand why I don't feel anything, and I don't know what to do about it.
