790 new or 890R used

I have the option between a new MY24 790 and a used 2921 890R used with less than 7k KMs on the clock.

Most of my riding will be city and suburban. With an occasional country hill run.

Wont be doing track time as I'm very busy these days and time poor.

Which one would be the easiest to live with and why ?
