Looking for aliances to rebuild a state

Our aliance was approved and flew in a state that looked good, active and healthy. But in a matter of weeks aliances started leaving the state, because of disagreements withthe no.1 aliance in state. Now the no.1 aliance is flying out too, so there is only two aliances left on the state. Us being stuck only thing we can do is try and rebuild the state. Both aliances that have left are English speaking, so if there are some aliances that want to join and help us rebuild the state in chill and drama free atmosphere lmk We are in the low 800's
