Hi everyone!

I'm trying to upgrade my old Honeywell thermostat to a digital one so that I can at least maintain a certain temperature. What I know so far is that I need line voltage thermostat with 3 fan-speed for 4-pipe system.

My old thermostat is Honeywell T4039 M 1004

My new thermostat is Honeywell Suite Pro TB6575A1000 that should support 2/4 pipe systems and 3 fan speed.

Newer thermostat requires neutral, so I've added that to my wiring.

Here is wiring diagram for my older thermostat:

I connected wires in the exact same pattern to my newer thermostat with the addition of neutral.

Here is my fan coil:

When I turn on the circuit breaker, my new thermostat shows empty screen. When I long press cool/heat arrow up for 3 seconds nothing happens. When I randomly press buttons, here are the codes that I see:

I can't seem to find anywhere what this all means. At some point I was able to get to 'test mode' where the whole screen lights up and fans start working. But that's about it.
