In person applications?

Hola san diegans hope yall having an absolutely blessed day this fine Tuesday afternoon! Just a quick inquiry to see if anyone happens to know any spots that still take in person applications? It cant be just me who's tired of all the privacy concerns with spamming and phishing bots on every platform that collects your data to try and sell it to scammers...

I know times are changing very drastically, and insanely quickly. simultaneously the job market is poop and people are getting in wherever they can IF they can, and i just wanted to see if anyone had good suggestions for more personable/friendly/ in person places to apply to where its more simple to build rapport with the ones doing the hiring.
