Do they give grace while in a diversion program for being dropped from car insurance

Theoretical in case it was to happen, I’d like to have a plan. Well in a diversion program in Texas for a first time dui. Will getting dropped from insurance due to high risk or something due to the dui, will that violate my diversion program and have to take charges or will they give me grace and allow me to find another insurance coverage. Of course I would stop driving if I find out they dropped me. Thanks for any info and advice
