Which Salamence should I Mega?

I didn't get to farm near as much as I wanted to, I'm trying to get high IV BG mons and legendary shiny bgs but no luck really. There were what I landed, a good non bv and some random bg ones. Are any of the bg Salamence worth getting Mega for to raid the dragon types this week
