Meta pitching at higher rank?

I’m getting towards World Series and haven’t really paid attention to many subreddits or content creators. Who are the meta pitchers for higher level ranked?

I have most of the red diamond and high diamonds outside of live series.

ps I figured Mis would be meta but somehow I get lit up with him the most lol
